1. Acceptance of Terms and Your Rights

Welcome to SoulPulse (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the App regarding your use of the services. Please read all provisions carefully before using the App; by clicking agree, registering an account, or commencing use of the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

As a user, you are entitled to the following fundamental rights: using the App's features in accordance with these Terms, receiving customer support, accessing and managing your account information, and lawfully terminating the service relationship when eligible.

2. User Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement at the time of registration and use. If you are under 18 years of age or lack full civil capacity, you should use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, who shall bear corresponding responsibility for the minor's use.

You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you provide during registration, and for properly safeguarding your account and password. Any consequences arising from the disclosure of your account credentials due to your own conduct shall be borne by you.

3. Your Obligations and Code of Conduct

While using the App, you agree not to engage in the following activities. Upon discovery, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures based on the severity of the conduct:

3.1 Posting Prohibited Content

• Sending harassing, threatening, or intimidating messages;
• Impersonating others, falsifying identity information, or creating fraudulent profiles;
• Distributing phishing links or malicious content designed to deceive;
• Disseminating malware, viruses, or any destructive program code.

3.2 Engaging in Fraudulent Conduct

• Falsifying identity, age, location, or other profile information;
• Using another person's account or engaging in activities under someone else's identity.

3.3 Disrupting Service Order

• Creating bulk fake accounts or using automated scripts to scrape data;
• Maliciously reporting other users or interfering with the normal review process;
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain virtual items or improper benefits;
• Reverse engineering, cracking, or redistributing the client application.

3.4 Other Unlawful Activities

• Using the App to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations;
• Assisting or encouraging others to commit any of the acts described above.

4. Membership Services and Subscription Rules

Premium features within the App are provided through membership subscriptions or in-app purchases, and all related transactions are settled through Google Play Billing.

• Subscription Period and Auto-Renewal: Unless you actively cancel, subscriptions will automatically renew at the selected interval (e.g., monthly or annual), and the applicable fee will be charged to your payment method;
• Cancellation: To stop auto-renewal, you must complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
• Subscription Management: You may view, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play → Account → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscription Management;
• Refund Policy: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund rules, and the outcome shall be determined by the platform.

5. Intellectual Property and Content License

The software, interface design, trademarks, logos, and written materials contained in the App and related services are owned by the App or the respective rights holders. Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes in any form.

The intellectual property rights in the original content you post within the App (including text, images, audio, and video) belong to you. To enable the display and dissemination of such content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use it for the operation, display, and promotion of the services. This license automatically terminates upon account deletion or removal of the content, except for records retained in accordance with applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability and Risk Disclosure

As a technology service platform connecting users, the App does not intervene in private interactions between users and assumes no warranty or vicarious liability for offline contacts initiated or conducted by users themselves.

You should exercise your own judgment regarding the authenticity and safety of those with whom you communicate, and you bear responsibility for your own conduct and the risks arising therefrom. If you encounter suspicious individuals or inappropriate behavior, please report it promptly through the reporting channels.

7. Account Management and Termination of Service

If you violate these Terms, we may, depending on the severity of the violation, take measures including warnings, restricting certain features, temporarily suspending, or permanently banning your account.

Following termination of your account, you will no longer be able to use the relevant services. We may delete or retain the relevant data in accordance with applicable law; for details, please refer to the Privacy Policy and the account deletion provisions.

8. Protection of Minors

The App is not directed to minors. If we discover that a minor is using the App, we reserve the right to suspend the corresponding account's services and take further verification measures.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; where negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction.
